Clear scope before a system gets built.
Rumo AI provides workflow audits, automation recommendations, implementation services, and related support for businesses. Submitting a fit call request does not create a service agreement or guarantee that Rumo will accept the project.
Project scope
Each implementation is defined in a written proposal or agreement before work begins. The scope identifies the workflow, the tools involved, what Rumo will build, what the client provides, human-review boundaries, timing assumptions, and support needs.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of their business facts, policies, source material, access permissions, and final decisions. Rumo does not guarantee revenue, lead volume, or business outcomes, and does not replace professional, legal, medical, or financial judgment.
Human control
Automation should have clear ownership and review rules. Customer-facing, sensitive, or fact-heavy work requires human approval or escalation, as defined in the agreed project scope.
