FAQ
Straight answers to the questions owners actually ask.
What happens when it glitches? Which facts does it use? Who owns the decisions? What stays human?
Short version
You own the facts and decisions. Rumo builds the system around the process and makes the review rules clear before launch.
Frequently asked questions
Finding that is part of my job. Bring the tools you use, real examples of the repeated work, and the people who make final decisions. The audit maps how your business runs and ranks your top 3-5 opportunities, so you choose from a clear list.
You can, and many owners try. The tools are there. What usually goes wrong is the setup: the AI forgets what you told it last week, gives a different answer each time, and needs someone to babysit it. I set it up so it holds your business consistently, runs as a system instead of a chat, and gets tested before a customer sees it. You get the result without having to learn a new skill or keep up with every AI release.
Because you leave with a written plan, not a sales pitch. In 60-90 minutes I map your repeated work. Within 3 business days you get a blueprint with your top opportunities, what should stay human, tool costs, timeline, and a fixed quote. $149 is the founding-client price, and it is credited toward your build if you move forward within 30 days.
The 20-minute fit call is free. If there is a fit, I offer the $149 audit. The main build is one complete business assistant that handles several connected jobs. It starts at $1,500 as one fixed quote, not a price per task. If one smaller task is the better first step, a focused setup is $500-$750.
Only tool fees and any support you choose. When new tools are needed, such as texting, AI usage, scheduling, or a CRM, typical small setups add about $20-$150/month. Optional support starts at $250/month. Rumo has no software subscription of its own, and your blueprint lists expected tool costs up front.
The audit takes 60-90 minutes, and your blueprint arrives within 3 business days. Setup typically takes 1-3 weeks after that, depending on your tools, access, integrations, and how quickly your team reviews test results.
It works from a business profile built from source material you approve, such as your services, policies, scripts, and procedures. When a fact is missing, it leaves a blank or flags it for a person instead of guessing.
Every setup has a backup plan and a named person on your team who owns it. Before launch, I test it with your real examples and show your team how to pause or correct it. Your handoff notes say what to send me if something feels wrong. Optional support covers fixes, monitoring, and small improvements.
You do. You approve the scope before anything is built, then the facts and tone the assistant uses before launch. Low-risk tasks, such as a missed-call text worded the way you approved, run on their own only where you agree. Public posts and sensitive decisions go through a person on your team.
Sensitive and fact-heavy work always goes to a person. Customer messages use wording you approve before launch, and public posts never go out without your sign-off. Your blueprint names each review point, so your team knows which steps the assistant handles and which ones a person signs off.
Your data only goes through the tools needed for your approved setup. I use reputable AI and automation providers and limit access to what the work requires. Human review stays on sensitive or customer-facing work. I remove access whenever you ask. Rumo never sells your data or uses it to train its own AI models.
AI tools improve every few months, so I do not build your setup around any one of them. The lasting part is your business profile, approved information, review rules, and the real examples it is tested on, and that stays yours. When a better model is worth switching to, it can be swapped in and checked against your examples instead of rebuilt from scratch. Optional support can cover those upgrades.
I work remotely with businesses anywhere. Since I split my time between LA and Dallas, I am also open to meeting in person in either city.
